Alicia joined the Barry Team as the Deals & Systems Coordinator, but shifted into an operations role once she found her niche. She is the creative mind behind the Barry Team social media accounts and monthly newsletter, and works hard to create new systems to keep everyone on track, while overseeing all operations.
From retail to an administrative position at an engineering firm to hospitality work in a hotel, Alicia has a varied career background that’s given her many transferable skills.
She’s a quick learner who works with each agent on a daily basis to ensure listings are correct, necessary paperwork is submitted on time, and that the entire follow-up process runs smoothly for clients. Her bubbly and friendly personality makes her a joy to be around!
