Who we usually help

Most of the sellers we work with are downsizers and retirees, growing families moving up, people settling an estate, or anyone selling because of a separation or a job move. Some are ready to list next month, and others are planning a year out.

Buying and selling at the same time?

That’s one of the hardest parts of a move. We’ll go through the order that makes sense for you, how much money you’ll have to work with, and how to avoid carrying two homes at once.

3. We usually see your home in person and bring the recent sales and competing listings behind our numbers.
4. You get a plan for price, prep and timing. Then you decide what to do with it.
