Kristen joins The Barry Team with over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her diverse background includes managing teams, supporting solo agents, operations management, training, and administrative assistance. Additionally, Kristen has firsthand experience as a licensed Realtor, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of all the moving parts involved in transactions. She will be joining the team as Operations and Agent Growth as well as a licensed Realtor.

Kristen is known for her natural communication skills and her ability to connect with diverse personality types, effortlessly building relationships with everyone she works with. Her passion for positively impacting lives is evident in all she does.

Kristen’s organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none—checklists are her specialty! As a working mom to three kids under the age of six, she excels at adapting to constant change, staying organized, and striving to balance her personal and professional life. We are thrilled to have Kristen join the team.
