Emily entered the workforce at the age of 14, with an innate hustler spirit and affinity for keeping multiple jobs and working long hours. Perseverance was one of her superpowers—and it still is. After spending six years in the hospitality industry, and three years as a flight attendant, Emily decided to move back to her hometown of Niagara and keep both feet on the ground. Combining her strong people skills and unrivaled work ethic, she launched a career in real estate not knowing what to expect, though all her previous work and networking experiences set her up perfectly to run a top-notch real estate business.

A bit about Emily

Emily is the leader of The Barry Team with almost two decades of experience selling real estate in Niagara Region. She obtained her real estate license in 2003 at the young age of 25 and within one year she was married and started a family. As a brand-new realtor with two young children, Emily faced obvious time management challenges, but also some harsh discouragement from external opinions. But this only fuelled her drive to succeed.

Emily was one of the first agents in Niagara to use Meta (Facebook) for real estate marketing, and is currently an industry leader in video, photography, and online advertising strategies.
